Built From the Industry Up

I’ve spent over a decade working in the restaurant industry in Canada, gaining firsthand experience in how hospitality businesses operate day to day.

Before that, I lived abroad and traveled extensively, allowing me to experience a wide range of restaurant environments, cuisines, and service standards across different countries. Those experiences shaped how I approach hospitality today—with an emphasis on flow, guest experience, and practical execution rather than theory.

Over the last four years, my work expanded into managing and planning events, including weddings, private celebrations, and family reunions. This required coordinating teams, vendors, timelines, and spaces while ensuring every detail worked together seamlessly.

Refined Restaurants was created from that background. Every service we offer is designed with a clear understanding of real service environments, operational constraints, and what actually works in practice—not just what looks good on paper.
